  3. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Green onions - sliced (large)

  4. 1 Asparagus, or 1/2 lb green beans - cut 2" pieces

  5. 1 Green bell pepper - cut into strips

  6. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Julienne carrots

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced fresh ginger

  8. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Soy sauce

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  13. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Hot cooked rice

  1. Recipe Instructions In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, brown steak slices on all sides. With slotted spoon, remove meat to plate. In remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat, cook onions, asparagus, pepper, carrots, ginger, and garlic about 3 minutes. Add water, soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and steak; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 3 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice. This recipe yields 4 servings.
