  1. 2 Ripe avocadoes - , peeled and diced

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Fresh lemon juice

  3. 2 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt - or to taste

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Salsa

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Basil

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cilantro

  8. Sour cream - optional

  1. Peel and mash one avocado. Mix with lemon juice, garlic, salt, basil and cilantro. Dice the remaining avocado and fold into the mixture with the salsa. Garnish with sour cream if desired.

  2. Makes about 2 cups.
