  1. 1 pkg dry yeast

  2. 1/4 cup warm water

  3. 1-3/4 cups bread or all-purpose flour

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 5 tsps sugar

  6. 3 tbsps milk

  7. 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  8. 2 tbsps butter, melted and cooled

  9. 1 egg yolk, beaten for brushing

  11. 2 eggs, and the cooled butter. Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead, adding more flour as necessary and throwing the dough forcefully to the counter several times until it is smooth and elastic - the dough will be soft, but should not be sticky. (you have to really really throw this dough to get rid of the stickiness.) Divide the dough into 1-1/2" balls, poke a chunk of blue cheese into the center of each balls and shape between palms into ovals. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Let the dough rise in a warm spot for about 30 minutes, or until double in size. Brush the rolls with the egg yolk mixed with a tsp of water and bake at
