    1. 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta

    2. 1 3/4 c. ripe olives, sliced

    3. 1 c. green pepper

    4. 1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into thin strips

    5. 1 sm. red onion, cut into rings

    6. 1/4-1/2 c. grated Parmesan

    7. 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley

    8. 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar pimento, drained

    9. 3/4 c. Italian dressing

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. In large bowl, combine olives, green pepper, salami, onion, cheese, parsley, pimento and Italian dressing. Add pasta and toss well. Chill. Serve chilled or at room temperature. May be made the day before.
