  8. 1 cup chopped onion

  9. 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

  10. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  11. 1 16 oz can red kidney beans -- drained

  12. 1 16 oz can great northern beans -- or pinto beans -- drained

  13. 3 cups water

  14. 2 14 1/2 oz cans whole tomatoes -- undrained, chopped

  15. 1 16 oz can black beans

  16. 1 8 oz can tomato sauce

  17. 2 cups sliced carrots

  18. 2 teaspoons dried oregano

  19. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  20. 1/2 teaspoon chicken flavored bouillon granules

  21. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  22. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  23. In a skillet, brown turkey, onions, green pepper,a nd garlic. Drain fat. Tran

  24. sfer to Crock-Pot. Add beans, water, tomatoes, sauce, carrots, and seasonings.
