  1. 2 (16 to 18-ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained

  2. 1/4 cup butter, melted

  3. 1/4 cup orange juice

  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  5. 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

  1. Mash or whip sweet potatoes in large bowl with butter. Blend in orange juice and cinnamon until smooth. Spoon into a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 350°F (175 °C) for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
