  1. 1 pound calamari tubes, julienned

  2. 1 cup julienned carrots

  3. 1 cup julienned yellow squash

  4. 1 cup julienned red cabbage

  5. 1 cup julienned zucchini

  6. 1/2 cup sprouts

  7. 1/4 cup peanut oil

  8. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  9. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  10. Salt and black pepper

  11. 1 cup chopped peanuts

  12. 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  1. Preheat wok. Heat peanut oil until smoking. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly tender, stirring constantly. Add calamari, garlic, and sprouts, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and continue stir-frying for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the sesame oil. Adjust seasoning if needed.
