  1. 1 lemon

  2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  3. 1 garlic clove

  4. 1 cup cream

  5. 1 cup parmesan cheese , grated salt & pepper

  1. Zest the lemon, then squeeze out the juice and mix together.

  2. Sauté the garlic in the butter in a large pot.

  3. Add the cream and the zest/juice from the lemon.

  4. Stir until heated through.

  5. Server over pasta, and sprinkle with cheese. ?
