  2. 1 stalk

  3. 10 g 150 g Seasoning

  4. 1/3 tablespoon each 1 teaspoon Spring onion

  5. Cashew nuts

  6. Shelled shrimps

  7. Salt, chicken seasoning powder

  8. Rice wine

  1. Mince the spring onion. Rinse and wipe thecashew nuts.

  2. Devein and rinse the shrimps.

  3. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and stirfry the shrimps until they change color, remove and drain.

  4. Continue to heat the oil in the pan, stirfry the minced spring onion and cook the cashew nuts.

  5. Add the shrimps and Seasoning, stirevenly.

  6. Serve hot.
