  1. 2 cups, cooked and cooled Green onions:

  2. 4 medium, or one onion, chopped Chopped parsley:

  3. 3/4 cup Fresh mint leaves:

  4. 1/2 cup, chopped Chopped fresh tomatoes:

  5. 1 cup, seeded and peeled Red, green or yellow sweet peppers:

  6. 1/2 cup Olive oil:

  7. 5 tsp Lemon or Meyer lemon juice:

  8. 5 tsp Salt and pepper

  1. Directions : 1. Assemble the basic chopped ingredients and mix with the grain until you like the results.

  2. Drizzle in the olive oil and finally add lemon juice, salt & pepper to your taste.
