  1. 3 lb Ground beef

  2. 1 lb Ground pork

  3. 1/4 lb Kidney fat, chopped fine

  4. 1 c Bread crumbs, day old

  5. 1 Onion, chopped fine

  6. 2 Egg yolks

  7. 1/4 lb Salt pork, chopped

  8. 3 tb Butter

  9. 1 tb Flour

  10. 1/2 ts Savory

  11. 1/2 c Cream

  12. 350F for one hour. Baste often. In the last

  13. 15 minutes, sprinkle flour on meat and add cream.
