  1. 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  2. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  4. 1/4 cup white vinegar

  5. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon ketchup

  7. 1/4 cup pineapple , in small chunks

  1. Mix the pineapple juice and cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir over low to medium heat until thickened.

  3. Add to whatever dish you prefer, or use for dipping sauce.
