  1. 9 Filo dough sheets

  2. Nonstick cooking spray - butter-flavored

  3. 1 Pimento-stuffed green olives - (5 oz) - chopped

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Shredded Manchego cheese

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Melted butter

  6. Black sesame seeds - to taste

  7. White sesame seeds - to taste

  1. Lightly spray 1 sheet filo dough with cooking spray. Top with second sheet and spray. Top with third sheet. Use a sharp knife to cut filo dough crosswise into 8 strips.

  2. Spoon about 2 teaspoons chopped olives onto corner at end of filo strip. Top with 1 teaspoon cheese. Fold corner to corner, end over end, forming triangle. Repeat filling procedure with remaining filo strips.

  3. Place in single layer on baking sheets. Lightly brush tops of triangles with melted butter. Sprinkle each triangle with black and white sesame seeds.

  4. Repeat procedure with remaining 6 sheets filo dough, beginning with spraying sheets and ending with sprinkling sesame seeds.

  5. Bake at 375 until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.

  6. This recipe yields 24 appetizers.
