  3. 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  4. 1 (48 ounce) can V

  5. 8 vegetable juice

  6. 1 lime, juice of

  7. 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes

  8. 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans , drained

  9. 1 (16 ounce) can corn

  10. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro , chopped

  11. chili powder

  1. Use the oil to saute the garlic and cumin briefly in a soup pot.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 min or more.
