  1. 1/2 lb Cream cheese

  2. 2 tb Mayonnaise

  3. 1 c Chopped cooked chicken

  4. 1 c Blanched almonds or pecans,

  5. -chopped 1 tb Chopped chutney

  6. 1/2 ts Salt

  7. 1 tb Curry powder

  8. 1/2 c Of grated coconut

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add chicken, almonds, chutney, salt and curry powder. Shape into walnut sized balls and roll in coconut. Chill. Makes 36 balls. Randy Rigg
