    1. 3 eggs

    2. 1 c. pumpkin

    3. 1/3 c. white sugar

    4. 1 tsp. pumpkin spice

    5. 2/3 c. dark corn syrup, lite

    6. 1/2 c. white sugar

    7. 3 tbsp. melted butter

    8. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    9. 1 c. pecan halves

    10. 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

    1. Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, 1/3 cup sugar, pumpkin and spice. Spread over bottom of shell. Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling is set. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
