  1. 24 ounces hashed brown potatoes -- divided

  8. 1/2 cup milk, 2% lowfat -- added last Serves

  14. 425oF for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake

  15. 5 more minutes. Remove and let stand a minute or two before cutting.

  1. Beau monde is a seasoning salt whose main component is celery salt. Use lawry's, mrs. dash, etc. Substitute O'Brien potatoes. Good with lowfat buttermilk!
