  1. 2 c Dried peas, soaked

  2. 20 oz Hominy

  3. 1 c Celery leaves -ÃÆ'¿ÃÆ'¿

  4. 2 pn Thyme

  5. Salt Pepper Savoury 16 c Water

  6. When the soaking peas are soft, put them in a large pot with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until the peas are tender but stil firm. Add the hominy & cook till thickened. Serve hot.
