  1. 6 slices Bread; cubed

  2. pounds Mild sausage

  3. 1 cup Grated sharp cheese

  4. 2 cups Milk

  5. 1 teaspoon Dry mustard

  6. 6 Eggs

  7. Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Cook sausage & drain. Grease large casserole with butter. Cover bottom with bread cubes. Layer crumbled sausage on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk & seasonings together. Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set.
