  1. Brie round - 8-

  2. --CRANBERRY-CHUTNEY-- 1 c Cranberries

  3. 1/4 c Packed brown sugar

  4. 2 tb Green onion, chopped

  5. 2 ts Lime juice

  6. 1 ts Pickled jalapeno, chopped

  7. 1 tb water to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Add onion, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt and pepper to taste. Let cool slightly (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.) Place Brie on ovenproof serving dish. Spoon chutney over top. Bake in

  8. 180C oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is just starting to melt.
