  2. 1 cup butter, melted

  3. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  4. 2 cups powdered sugar

  5. 1 cup plus 4 tbsp. creamy peanut butter

  6. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Combine the melted butter, graham crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup peanut butter in a large bowl and stir until well combined. Press the graham mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine the chocolate chips and remaining 4 tbsp. peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 1 minute on HIGH. Stir well. Continue microwaving and stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Spread the chocolate mixture over the prepared crust. Refrigerate the bars at least 1 hour before cutting into squares. Store the bars refrigerated in an airtight container.
