  1. 2 Tbs. Store Butter

  2. 2 Tbs. flour

  3. 1/2 tsp. salt

  4. Dash pepper

  5. 1/2 cup Milk

  6. 1 1/2 cups (6 ozs.) shredded Cheddar cheese

  7. Makes 4-6 servings

  1. Method :

  2. In medium saucepan. melt Butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper.

  3. Gradually stir in Milk and cheese; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and smooth.

  4. Stir in Sour Cream and macaroni; heat through (do not boil).

  5. Garnish as desired, Refrigerate leftovers.
