  1. 1 C. Hershey's Chocolate syrup

  2. 1/3 C. sweetened condensed milk

  3. 1 tsp. vanilla

  4. a few grains of salt

  5. 2 C. heavy (whipping) cream, whipped

  6. 2 egg whites, stiffly whipped

  7. Combine the chocolate syrup, condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Blend well, chill thoroughly. Add whipped cream and whip until mixture is spongy and light. Fold in whipped egg whites. Freeze in a pan (8x8x2"). After 1 hour of freezing, scrape sides of pan and stir. Finish freezing.
