  2. 2 tbsp. butter

  3. 1 1/2 pounds cooked ham steak

  4. 3/4 tsp. pepper

  5. 1/4 cup bourbon

  6. 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream

  7. 2 tsp. whole grain mustard

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Season ham with pepper. Add ham to the skillet and cook about 3 minutes per side until slightly browned and heated through. Transfer ham to a platter and tent with foil. Carefully add the bourbon to the skillet and flame. Stir in cream and mustard. Boil about 2 minutes until thickened. Serve the ham with sauce.
