  1. 6 Capsicum

  2. 2- Small onions

  3. 1/2 cup Basin

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 tsp - Chilli Powder

  6. Oil to fry

  1. Firstly chop the onions into very tiny pieces.

  2. Now, take the half cup basin and add the chopped onion pieces to it, chilli powder (as per taste of the maker even high amount of chilli powder can be added), salt to taste.

  3. Add 1-2 table spoons of oil to mix the above into a dry mixture. (See to it that oil does not make the mix into a liquid state). Now cut open the capsicum from top and stuff the just made basin mixture into it.

  4. Now, place the frying pan on the stove and add 2-3 spoons of oil to it ( Do not deep fry as this may open up the open up the capsicum and the stuff may come out). Let the oil get heated. Now place all the stuffed capsicum pieces on the pan and let them get fried on low fire into golden brown color. Now you can turn it to the other side and let fry.

  5. Once done. the curry is ready to serve.

  6. Tastes best when served Hot.

  7. Can be garnished with coriender before serving.

  8. This is Gujarati Dish. Very tasty to eat and very easily cooked. Preparation time is just 30 minutes or even less depending on the quantity. Can be eaten at any time.
