  1. 2 salmon steaks

  2. 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs

  3. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  4. 1 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  6. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  1. Preheat an outdoor barbecue for medium heat and lightly oil grate.

  2. Season one side of each steak with the Italian herbs, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  3. Lay the steaks with the seasoned-side down on the prepared barbecue. Cook on barbecue until the salmon flakes, turning once, 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle each steak with lime juice to serve.
