  3. 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

  4. 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped green onion

  5. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  7. 1/8 teaspoon sugar

  8. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
