  3. 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce

  4. 2 Juice Limes

  5. 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

  6. 4 tablespoon Sugar

  7. 3 tablespoon Nam Pla (Fish Sauce)

  1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Mix well, then bring to a boil overhigh heat. Cook until mixture is reduced by half. Remove from heat. Coverand store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
