  1. 1 package hot roll mix

  2. 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar

  5. 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Orange Glaze (recipe follows)

  7. 1/2 cup orange juice

  8. 1 teaspoon grated orange rind

  9. 1 1/2 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar

  1. Mix hot roll mix according to directions. Add the sweet potatoes and work them in with the roll mix. Let rise until dough is double in size. Roll out to 1 1/2-inch thickness. Spread chopped pecan pieces, cinnamon and sugar onto dough. Roll up and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place slices in a buttered muffin tin. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Frost with Orange Glaze. Mix all ingredients together.
