  1. 1 liters c. butte or margarine

  2. 1 liters t. baking soda

  3. 1 liters c. sugar

  4. 1 can frozen concentrate -- thawed lemonade

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 3 cups sifted all purpose flour Sugar to sprinkle over cookies

  1. Preparation : Cream together butter or margarine and l c. sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda; add alternately to egg mixture with l/2 c. lemonade concentrate Form a teaspoon drop dough 2 inches apart onto an un\greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate sprinkle with sugar. Remove cookies to cooling rack. Makes about 4 dozen small cookies.
