  2. · 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  3. · 1 tbsp. apple juice

  4. · 1-1/2 cups icing sugar, sifted

  5. · 1/2  vanilla bean

  7. Cooking Procedures :

  8. 1. Whisk juices into icing sugar, adjusting liquid as necessary to achieve a thick but pourable glaze. You may need up to 1 tbsp. more apple juice.

  9. 2. Slice vanilla bean down the center and scrape seeds out into glaze. Whisk until smooth.

  10. 3. Makes about 3/4 cup.
