  8. 3 small jars of carrot baby food FROSTING: -

  9. 1/4 cup margarine -

  10. 1/2 tablespoon vanilla -

  11. 3 ounces package of cream cheese -

  12. 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  1. BARS: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Put the sugar in the oil and beat. Add one egg at a time and continue beating; then add the rest of the ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased 9- x 13-inch baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. FROSTING: Beat margarine, vanilla, and cream cheese; then gradually add powdered sugar until thick. Spread the frosting over the carrot bars when done.
