  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Raspberry vinegar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Light olive oil Black pepper - freshly ground

  1. Recipe Instructions Place greens in a medium bowl and sprinkle with shallot. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and oil. Add to greens and toss. Mound salad on serving plates and top with a few grinds of pepper. Makes 2 servings.
