  1. 1 lb ground chuck

  2. 1 small onion , chopped

  3. 1/2 teaspoon lawrys salt

  4. 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

  5. 1 egg , beaten

  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons butter

  8. 1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted

  9. 1/3 cup milk

  10. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

  1. Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper, bread crumbs,and egg.

  2. Shape into small meatballs.

  3. In a 11x7 inch glass dish melt the butter in the microwave: approximately 30- 45 seconds.

  4. Add the meatballs.

  5. Cook 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes to cook evenly.

  6. Blend the soup, milk and parsley; pour over meatballs.

  7. Cover with waxed paper.

  8. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  9. Stir.

  10. Cook an another 5 minutes, then stir again.

  11. Let stand 5 minutes covered.

  12. Serve and enjoy!
