  2. 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

  3. 1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves

  4. 8 ounce round brie cheese

  5. 1/4 cup chopped pecans

  6. 1 large egg

  7. 1 tbsp. water

  8. assorted crackers

  9. sliced fresh fruit

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spoon the raspberry preserves onto the center of the pastry. Place the brie on top of the preserves. Sprinkles the pecans evenly over the top. Fold the puff pastry up to cover the brie. Trim off the excess pastry and press the seams to seal. Whisk together the egg and water in a small bowl. Brush the egg wash over the pastry. Place the brie seam side down on a sheet pan. Bake about 25 minutes until golden brown. Let the brie cool 20 minutes before serving with crackers and sliced fruit.
