  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  4. 1 Garlic

  5. 1 Lemon - juiced

  6. 2 Anchovy fillets

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Milk

  8. Salt and pepper

  9. 2 Romaine lettuce

  10. Homemade croutons

  1. Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender.

  2. Blend until well combined.

  3. Add non-fat milk to adjust consistency.

  4. Toss with greens and garnish.
