  1. 4 small fresh flounder filets

  2. 1cup spicy bread crumbs

  3. 1/2lb fresh bay scallops

  4. 2 cloves minced garlic

  5. 1 egg

  6. 1 cup taco cheese

  7. 1tb olive oil

  8. 1tb oldbay seasoning

  9. 1tsp sea salt

  10. 1tsp black pepper

  1. How to make it In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except old bay seasoning and flounder. Lay flounder filets flat and place 1/4 of the stuffing in each filet fold ends over and place folded end down. Line grill grate with aluminum foil spray with PAM. Place flounder fold sides down , sprinkle with old bay and grill at 375-400 for 35 mins .
