  1. 1 cup 237ml Salmon

  2. 2 cups 474ml Mashed potatoes - hot

  3. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Beans - cooked

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - diced

  5. Salt and pepper

  6. 2 Egg whites

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter - melted

  1. Flake salmon. Remove bones. Combine salmon, potatoes, beans, onions, and melted butter.

  2. Season to taste. Mix until well blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-oiled baking dish.

  3. Bake in moderate oven (400F) until puffy and brown. Serve at once with sour pickles and tartar or tomato sauce.
