  2. Quick Wild Mushroom Soup

  6. 1 oz Dried cepes

  7. 2 ts Onion powder

  8. 1 t Salt

  9. 1/2 ts Sugar

  10. 4 tb Butter -- melted

  11. 2 tb Soy sauce

  12. Creme fraiche (opt)

  13. 4 cups of water in a 2-quart

  14. saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 20

  15. minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then strain liquid.

  16. Puree mushrooms and liquid in a blender. Returnt he

  17. puree to the saucepan and add teh onion powder, salt,

  18. sugar, butter and soy sauce. Stir and simmer for 5

  19. minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and spread a dab of

  20. creme fraiche over the top of each serving if desired.
