  1. 6 oz. Champagne of choice

  2. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

  3. 1 sugar cube

  4. lemon twist for garnish

  1. Grate ginger into a small bowl and place sugar cube on top until it is soaked with the natural juices of the ginger.

  2. Place the ginger in the bottom of the a champagne glass and pour Champagne over the top.

  3. Garnish with lemon twist.

  4. Remember experts always chill the glass in advance.
