  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 8 ounces portabello mushrooms -- diced

  4. 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves -- minced

  5. freshly ground black pepper

  6. 1 egg -- beaten

  7. 2 teaspoons all purpose flour

  8. 6 ounces chevre -- crumbled

  9. 2 tablespoons green onion -- minced

  10. 32 won ton wrappers

  11. 1 tablespoon melted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray miniature muffin tins with non stick cooking spray. Press won ton wrappers into tins.

  2. Saute mushrooms in olive oil. Combine mushrooms, basil, pepper, egg, flour Chevre and green onion. Spoon filling into won ton wrappers. Paint wrappers with butter. Bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
