  1. 6 chicken breasts -- boned or 1 Whole chicken -- cooked and diced

  2. 1 1/2 C. orange juice

  3. 1/2 C. raisins

  4. 1/2 C. slivered almonds

  5. 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon

  6. 1 Tbsp. curry powder

  7. 1 banana -- sliced

  8. 1 Can mandarin oranges (with juice)

  9. salt and pepper to taste

  10. 475 degrees for 15 minutes then turn to

  11. 350 degrees. Make sauce by combining all ingredients except banana and oranges. Pour over chicken. Bake one hour. For last few minutes add bananas and oranges. (Juice of oranges can be added earlier.) Serve over rice. Nice company dish.
