  1. 500 g cauliflower, cut into florets

  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  3. 1 medium onion or 150 g, finely chopped

  4. 500 g lamb, diced

  5. 1 clove garlic, crushed

  6. 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  8. 5 cups water or 1250 ml

  9. 2 cubes MAGGI® Mutton Bouillon

  10. 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  11. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from water, drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan then cook the onion for 4-6 minutes or until golden. Add meat and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Add cinnamon, pepper, water, MAGGI Authentic Taste Mutton Stock cubes, tomato paste and lemon juice. Bring to boil and simmer for 40 minutes or until meat is tender.

  4. Add the cauliflower and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until cauliflower is soft but not overcooked.
