  7. 1 Lemon or pineapple sherbet

  1. Recipe Instructions Place cantaloupe rings on individual plates. In small bowl, combine strawberries, kiwifruit, honey and mint; toss gently. Place 1/2 cup sherbet in center of each ring. Spoon strawberry mixture over sherbet and melon.
