  1. 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  2. 1 large onion, chopped

  3. 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  4. 1 28 oz can of stewed tomatoes

  5. 1 can of tomato paste

  6. 4 Tbsp capers

  7. 1/2 pound kalamata olives, pitted

  8. 3 anchovies, chopped

  9. crushed red pepper for taste

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until tender, 3 – 5 minutes.

  2. In large saucepan add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, capers, olives, anchovies, and red pepper for taste.

  3. Simmer to taste.

  4. Serve with your favorite pasta.
