  8. 1 large clov garlic -- minced

  9. 3/4 cup dry lentils

  10. 1 bay leaf

  11. 1/2 cup country dijon mustard

  12. 28 ounces chicken broth

  13. 1/4 cup dry sherry

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except mustard and sherry. Simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Stir in mustard and sherry.
