  4. 1 cup salsa

  5. 1 package taco seasoning -- (35 g)

  6. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  7. 1/2 red pepper -- thinly sliced

  8. 1/2 green pepper -- thinly sliced

  9. hot cooked rice

  1. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat, lightly cook pork in oil 1-2 minutes (pork will still be pink inside)

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4-5 minutes to blend flavours.

  3. Serve over hot cooked rice.
