    1. 1 baked pie shell

    2. 4 (6 oz.) cream cheese

    3. 1 qt. strawberries

    4. 3/4 c. water

    5. 1 c. sugar

    6. 3 tbsp. cornstarch

    7. 1 tbsp. lemon juice

    1. Combine 1 cup of strawberries with water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add sugar with cornstarch. Cook until thick and glazy. Add lemon juice and cool. Beat cream cheese with 2 tablespoons milk. Line pie shell with cream cheese and then strawberries. Pour glaze over berries. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
