    1. 1/4lb Ground chicken

    2. 1/4lb Ground pork

    3. 1/4lb Ground beef - lean

    4. 1/4c Whole milk

    5. 2 Eggs - lightly beaten

    6. 1/2c Breadcrumbs

    7. 1/2c Honey Pepper and salt to taste -- GLAZE --

    8. 2 tb Hot mustard

    9. 1 ts Garlic - crushed

    10. 1/4c Apricot jam -- GLAZE --

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. + Directions : Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Servings: 6
