  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Cauliflower - cut into florets

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cumin seed

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground coriander

  4. 2/3 teaspoon 3 1/3ml Ground turmeric

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground red pepper Salt to taste

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garam masala

  7. 1/3 cup 78ml Vegetable oil

  1. Recipe Instructions In a heavy saucepan, heat oil and fry cumin seeds over moderate heat until seeds start to burst. Add cauliflower and all the spices (except garam masala). Add salt and mix well. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat. Add garam masala and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
